We have an urgent requirement of .Net Lead Developer with in NC
Location: Raleigh,NC
Duration: 1 Year
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing technical leadership
• Providing senior level expertise and guidance for technical feasibility studies
• Technical analysis
• Project technical planning/tracking
• Validation of architecture design and security architecture
• System implementation plans
• Disaster recovery plans; and review of methodology deployment plans
• Coordinating large-scale project technical architecture reviews
• Assist with technical work breakdown structures and technical cost estimation
• Providing input to the project manager
• Reporting statuses to the Crossroads Project Manager
• Adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the following:
• Minimum of five (5) years experience programming and design of web based distributed systems Experience with MQ Series,VB.NET, WPF Browser Application, Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks, HMTL, HTTP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, Web Services, SQL Server Integration Services, Windows Operating Systems and WebSphere
• Subject matter expertise to identify and translate system requirements into technical architecture and infrastructure requirements
• Subject matter expertise for reviews of technical procedures and documentation including disaster recovery plans, performance testing plans, security plans, detailed design and testing documents
• Experience with the development and support of technical solutions for supporting business processes Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self-starter
• Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups
