VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Network Administrator for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Education/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years experience in financial services with a specialization in systems network implementation and maintenance.
• Training courses and certification in networking and LAN / WAN protocols, ATMs and network security.
Required Special Skills:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-driven with well-developed leadership, motivational and team-building skills.
• Ability to identify need for change, adaptable and flexible in anticipating and realizing market opportunities.
• Understanding of linkages driving profit.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Maintain relations with selected vendors for systems S.W, networks, and hardware delivery and maintenance.
• Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required.
• Install, monitor, and maintain network components including workstations, S.W, peripherals, lines, cabling, network equipment, and ATMs within the overall objectives of IT and the Group’s business plans.
• Ensure implementation is based on standards and policies for data and systems security of the Group’s enterprise network.
• Ensure safeguard of systems by applying proper monitoring and protection tools from intrusion, unauthorized access, viruses, and disruption.
• Administer all branch MIS equipment (networking computing, Wintel Servers, video conferencing, switches, routers, & other general networking equipment).
Provide support for assigned units of all network components including network accessories, lines, cabling, ATMs, and be ready to backup team members in support calls.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)
The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in Qatar.
