Job Description :
Minimurn 5-7 years experience on Network technologies (Routers & Switches)
Good knowledge of Cisco products working in a heterogonous environment.
In-depth knowledge of routing protocols, physical end logical networking.
Experience configuring, and troubleshooting MPLS links.
Must be able to design a project and implement with proper build docurnentation after the fact.
Expertise in documenting logical and physical network design.
Experience utilizing network management hardware/software. (i.e., protocol analysis).
Working knowledge of -the OSI model and Internet and Intranet protocols.
Knowledge of current security tools. available Firewalls (CheckPoint, Cisco, Juniper,CyberGuard, Linux) IDS. DLP, VPN.
Strong knowledge of Cisco Network Switches, Routers, Wireless APS (Snort, lntrovert,etc.) Round Robin DNS.
Cisco IOS environment, router and switch hardware and common networking
protocol sfteohnologies Ethernet, Token-Ring, Frarno-Relay, ATM, TCPIIP, IPX/SPX,OSPF, BGP, EIGRP_ VOIP etc. Internet and IP with an understanding of SMTP, DNS,SNMP, DHCP' and routing tech nologies.
Very good verbal and writing communications skills.
Ability to perform day to day Network administration functions. including but not limited to:
Q Monltorln availability and perforrnance of Network devices using i3 provided tools and processes.
