Job Description
The chosen candidate will be responsible for working with various business areas to gather BI requirements, developing reporting data models, and using BI technologies provide solutions that support the information needs of the client’s business. This individual will work closely with the business areas and will leverage our SAP ERP and Business Intelligence systems to improve business performance and drive overall business process improvement. Technology opportunities associated with this opening include: SAP Business Warehouse v7.0, Business Objects, Oracle Databases, ERP Applications, and Java web development.
Responsibilities
Develop reporting data models, design Extract-Transformation-Load (ETL) processes from various data sources, develop reports, dashboards, web content to deliver meet the information needs of our client’s businesses.
Manage project schedules and resources to implement world class BI solutions leading to improved business performance.
Partner with the client’s customers to identify and implement high impact projects which will provide capabilities and benefits that help the organization to achieve its operational goals.
Drive successful implementation of IT projects to achieve proposed benefits by utilizing organizational change management skills.
Lead continuous improvement activities to investigate turnbacks, escapes and improve application performance, quality and reliability.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business or Information Systems is required.
Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience is required.
4 - 6+ Years Business Intelligence experience is required.
4 - 6+ Years business experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills are mandatory in this role.
Strong organizational skills are essential in this position.
