1)Business Analyst
Location: Should be open to relocate any where in US
* 4-6 years experience with Business Analysis or Consulting practice of leading IT companies is a must.
* Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders, conducting requirement workshops, interviewing senior management and facilitating resolution of conflicting requirements.
* Good Understanding of various SDLC methodologies. Experience in working on projects involving Onsite-Offshore Model.
* Experience with creating Vision documents, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Process Flows, Activity Diagrams and Use Case Interaction Diagrams.
* Experience in creation of Test Conditions and Test Scripts
* Experience working in one or more of the following sub-domains:
- Capital markets [retail brokerage, securities trading, hedge funds operations, prime brokerage, fund accounting, collateral management, portfolio/ investment management, trading exchanges (e.g. NYSE, NASDAQ)]
- Wholesale banking [FX, payments, trade finance, corporate treasury/ cash management]
* Location: Candidates should be open to travel / relocation anywhere in the US.
* US Work Authorization: Candidates must have a US Citizenship, Green Card / EAD holder or have an H1B visa. (B1 or L1 in another company is not sufficient).
2)Senior Business Analyst
Location: Should be open to relocate any where in US
* 7-10 years experience with Business Analysis or Consulting practice of leading IT companies is a must. At least 2 years leading an engagement.
* Must be an outstanding communicator. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and a highly professional attitude are essential. Ability to build productive, strong working relationships with the business is critical.
* Proficient in creating and reviewing Vision documents, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Process Flows, Activity Diagrams and Use Case Interaction Diagrams.
* Experience working in one or more of the following sub-domains:
- Capital markets [retail brokerage, securities trading, hedge funds operations, prime brokerage, fund accounting, collateral management, portfolio/ investment management, trading exchanges (e.g. NYSE, NASDAQ)]

Expertise in working with workflow management tool. -Basic knowledge on BPM and Rule engine.-Expertise in banking domain and have clear understanding of Marketing (Campaign management) processes.-Identifying process improvement areas and recommending solutions.
-Proficient in setting up workshops and facilitate requirement elicitation sessions to develop Functional Specification documents.-Should be able transition knowledge to other team members.-Review and Validate test cases.-Handle change management processes.,* Detailed requirements gathering* Process Flow Diagrams for Wave 1 (As Is, To Be)* Use Cases
4)Location: Toronto, Canada (Look for US Citizens or Canadian Citizens who can work in Toronto) and NYC, NY
Business Analyst with 8+ yrs experience with Prime Brokerage experience
5)Location: NYC
Type: Contract to hire(Must be open for this)
BAs with System Analysis experience
JD :
1. Overall 6 years of BA experience
2. Worked on Capital Markets domain
3. Has working knowledge of Oracle and can analyse and write simple queries
4. Good attitude, communication skills and analytical skills
