We are currently seeking a contractor to serve as SQL Server DBA to support database structures across multiple environment/platforms, establish and maintain the physical database environment, and install, maintain, migrate and tune complex database management software through all phases including development and execution of test cases, monitoring capacity requirements, and utilization of reports and software tools.

Competencies include:
* Current hands on experience with MS SQL Server 2005
* Experience in the conversion of SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008
* 4 to 6 years of current experience as a DBA and with case tools
* 4 to 6 years experience in systems development methodology, systems development/testing, information systems services, data analysis/management
* Excellent teamwork and written/verbal communication skills
