Detailed Description
Responsibilities:
• Part of highly skilled hardware team working on latest cutting edge technologies for current and future generation products.
• Design and development of very efficient and smart/quiet AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies for blades and chassis.
• Evaluate off-shelf solutions by working with vendors.
• Design power sub systems to comply with industry standards like ETSI, NEBS.
• Build a modular power design approaches that can be used across used across systems.
• Write engineering specifications and verification plans.
• Verify and validate power supply designs by following right design verification practices.
• Work closely with manufacturing to bring power subsystems to production.

Requirements:
• 10+ experience in designing power supplies including AC/DC power supplies, DC-DC convertors.
• Experience in design power sub systems from concept to volume manufacturing.
• Independently define, design, implement and validate power sub systems.
• Familiar with power analysis tools to estimate power noise and EMI effects on board level designs.
• High density DC-DC and AC/DC power sub systems circuit and layout design.
• Strong background on using debug tools including oscilloscopes, current meters to measure noise, ripple voltage.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and self-defined individual contributor.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years experience plus bachelors degree <>
