Senior Technical Support Engineer
1. Requirements
• AA degree in some technical field, electromechanical, electronics, instrumentation areas; BS degree preferred
• Prior experience in Fab equipment company a requirement; experience in Metrology equipment a big plus
• Must have knowledge and experience in working in fab/clean room environment and experience with clean room protocol
• Experience with SEM, SMIF Ports, FOUP loader/unloader, robotic handling of wafers/masks
• Experience with vacuum technology and its applications in fab equipment
• Experience with electronics and magnetic-optics column, mass flow controller, ionizers, ozone generators
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge
• Windows operation experience
2. General Criteria
• Person who is flexible, adaptable, capacity for learning new subject matter
• Motivated person who is diligent
• Person who is able to do heavy lifting (such as dry pump which is 60 to 70 pounds)
• Team Player, but can work independently
