 Senior Technical Support Engineer

1. Requirements
AA degree in some technical field, electromechanical, electronics, instrumentation areas; BS degree preferred
Prior experience in Fab equipment company a requirement; experience in Metrology equipment a big plus
Must have knowledge and experience in working in fab/clean room environment and experience with clean room protocol
Experience with SEM, SMIF Ports, FOUP loader/unloader, robotic handling of wafers/masks
Experience with vacuum technology and its applications in fab equipment
Experience with electronics and magnetic-optics column, mass flow controller, ionizers, ozone generators
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) knowledge
Windows operation experience
2. General Criteria

Person who is flexible, adaptable, capacity for learning new subject matter
Motivated person who is diligent
Person who is able to do heavy lifting (such as dry pump which is 60 to 70 pounds)
Team Player, but can work independently
