Mandatory Qualifications:


1. Experience in a consultant capacity on pharmacy technologies and products;
2. Experience performing system analysis on an IT pharmacy solution including, but no limited to, performance and enforcement of policies and standards such as formulary, managing pharmaceutical inventory, and collecting reliable utilization data;
3. Knowledge and ability to develop an enterprise architecture standard and process model;
4. At least five (5) years* experience performing assessments on application infrastructure and architecture in a public health and/or correctional environment; and
5. Knowledge of state IT policy and governance processes.

Desirable Qualifications:


1. Possession of IT career certification acknowledging area of specialization;
2. Experience deploying enterprise technology solutions within a health care and/or correctional environment;
3. Experience with business reengineering projects;
4. Ability to travel and work in a team environment as well as independently
