It a strategic position were Solutions Architect /ADM would Lead 15-20 member hybrid team of Architects, Developers, DBAs in (onsite + offshore)
Here is the short skill description of the requirement
Looking for following 4 main criteria:
1. Strong Architect background on .NET & SharePoint
2. Good Attitude and Comm. Skills – should be reliable when placed in front of the customer.
3. Projects Based Experience- should have delivered projects in short aggressive timelines. Limited onsite-offshore experience is fine.
4. Should have led team size of at least 15 people directly reporting to him and have leadership & management skills to drive the team to deliver aggressively.
5. Exposure to Agile process
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office capabilities
Research use of Excel, Access
Nice To Have:
1. Good Onsite-Offshore Experience
2. In-depth Project Management Skills.
