Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and relationship development necessary. Experience with Salesforce or related system preferred.
***Perform outreach efforts via the telephone to potential customers (leads)
***Verify current contact information
***Obtain appropriate point of contact/decision maker within organization
***Determine if there is a need and/or interest in “going paperless”
***Log call results, update contact information and assign warmed leads in customer relationship management database (Salesforce)
***Send correspondence as necessary
***Conduct follow-up calls on marketing campaigns to schedule appointments
***Performs administrative duties as assigned
PROPOSED SALARY
Status: Full-time/Salary
Base salary: $24,000 - $30,000 (based on experience) per year

Bonus:
• $1 for every cold Lead resulting in an appointment with sales manager
• $10 for every cold Lead converted to an Account with an Opportunity
• $100 for every cold Lead that results in a sale
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Works with team members in the field including field sales. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary. Requires associates degree and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
