SAP HCM Process and forms consists of SAP HR backend, SAP workflow on R/3 side, and Adobe forms through the portal.

The skills that are needed for HCM Process and forms resource is as shown below:

HCM Process and Forms configrator – Backend ECC
Strong SAP ABAP development (Experience using user exits/BADI or BAPI)
SAP Workflow development
JAVA script
Experience in Webdynpro will be good
Experience in ESS and MSS will be good
