Technical/analytical and/or business skills required for this position in order of importance.
• Multiple full life-cycle Finance Transformation Projects that includes a Close, Consolidate and Reporting Project utilizing the SAP BOFC tool
• Experience in designing and configuring SAP BOFC
• Experience in Blueprinting Financial Applications like Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting;
• Previous finance/accounting experience with good business process knowledge
• Strong leadership skills. Ability to develop implementation strategy for CCR Project
• Ability to lead and influence the team members to leverage the capabilities already built into the current solution.
• Good presentation and communication skills
Ability to Understand Business Requirements and Translate Them Into Configuration and Development Requirements
• Ability to Work With Developers to Clarify Requirements, Evaluate Development Approaches, and Communicate Test Results
• Good knowledge of user exits and customizing techniques – capability to design functional specification for user exit enhancement and work with developer through coding and testing.
• Experience in defining complete test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration tests.
• Ability to work closely with project team members to define master data requirements
• Deep understanding of related modules and processes: MM, PP/PI, SD etc. Capability to work with functional experts in these areas through the design and implementation of integrated processes.
