Good knowledge of most technologies supported in Client
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to leverage and make optimal use of both internal and external resources

Strong Written and Verbal Communications Skills
Strong consultation and customer interaction skills
Financial background to include forecast creation, budgeting and procurement of assets/services.
Experience in Vendor management / interaction
Proven experience leading IT infrastructure projects (typically 5 - 7 years)

The Solutions Engineer (SE) Planner ensures consistent delivery of Infrastructure Services managed by Enterprise Technology Organization (ETO) to the Line of Business (LOB) sponsored investment projects. While the SE Senior Manager or the Director owns the relationship with the LOB Management, the SE Planner owns the relationship with the project customer and the project team. Planner is the primary point of contact between the project teams and ETO resources. Primary focus for the Planner is to ensure that Enterprise Technology Organization meets the needs of the business investment efforts and the business unit by partnering with cross functional IT groups and the business customers providing solutions utilizing technologies supported in ETO.
