Ground Floor .NET Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for researching, designing and writing software to specifications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of initiative and creativity, as well as a thorough knowledge of up-to-date development technologies.
Responsibilities:
Enhance existing software by analyzing and identifying areas for optimization or refactoring
Research, design and write software to specifications
Generate technical documentation as well as unit and functional tests
Assist with the maintenance of applications by monitoring and correcting software defects
Investigate new technologies and techniques and researches ongoing industry developments
Work effectively and professionally with other team members, staff and customers
Share knowledge with others by documenting and contributing to knowledge base
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science
Project Based Experience with: C#, .NET 2.0, .NET 3.5
Exposure to SQL Server 2008
Strong Desire to want to work with the newest tools within: ASP.NET, WCF, LINQ, Ling-to-SQL, Entity and RIA Framework,
Exposure to WPF, Silverlight, XAML, Blend
Experience with design patterns, MVC, MVP, MVVM
Working knowledge of TFS source control, Unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics & code reviews
Understanding of and a desire to work in an Agile environment
Creativity and flexibility
