Business Analyst w/ Website Expertise
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must have:
a. Must have completed at least two (2) projects of similar size and scope to this project.
b. Consumer Website technical expertise
c. Demonstrated proficiency in project management
d. Strong oral presentation skills
e. Health Care Quality and Cost Information knowledge
Responsibilities:
a. Review consultant reports on current version of MHCO. Identify recommendations that need further analysis and development. Ensure that clarifications are provided to website vendor. Ensure that website vendor has a complete list of requirements and is fully aware of the Council’s expectations for MHCO Version
b. Write the technical specifications for MHCO version 2 to establish the parameters of the functionality and improvements that will be incorporated into Version 2
c. Review Use Cases developed by the website development team, offering expertise in the elaboration phase to ensure that the web application design conforms to and improves upon health industry concepts and language.
d. Other tasks as required by the Administrative Director
