 Ideal candidate MUST have vast knowledge and experience with the following to be considered. This includes not only supporting but also setups and configurations. You will be asked detailed questions about each.
• Symantec Antivirus, Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Veritas/Symantec Backup Exec
• NT Backup
• VMware or Virtualization – In a production Environment
• Small Business Server 2000/2003/2008
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007
• Installing, Configuring, Maintaining Windows Server 2003 (some 2008)
• Group Policy, Active Directory
• DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, Networking
• Small Business and enterprise class networking and switching
• Must be able to think outside the box
