Max Billing Rate: $43.00 per Hour
Project Description:
The project is to phase the transformation of an application to a .NET based architecture which will eliminate the reliance on the current framework based on the Foundation for Cooperative Processing (FCP).
There are three major sections of functionality that are to be isolated and re-engineered as part of a phased implementation. The candidate will be part of three core teams that will supplement current resources to re-architect and implement the updated subsystems.

Also, the candidate must have three years experience working with Client/Server and Web security systems.
• Bachelor’s degree
• The Candidate must supply 2 references, preferably from their past IT Director or IT Manager
• Minimum of 8 years experience in designing, developing or reviewing systems security standards for large scale computer applications.
• Also, the candidate must have three years experience working with Client/Server and Web security systems.

Desirable Experience Listed in order of importance:
1. 4 years experience in the definition of new role-based security models for large client-server software or Web applications, including providing direction to a team of development staff and the creation of a process to ensure an on-going quality improvement process that adheres to security standards.
2. 4 years experience in consulting with senior leaders in the design, development and execution of an application-wide security strategy that integrates all areas of a large, client-server or Web application
3. 4 years experience with an in depth knowledge of data networks, including switching, routing, firewalling, intrusion detection, VPN’s and wireless networks.
4. 4 years experience defining testing plans and goals supporting a system-wide security breach/penetration test to identify access vulnerabilities
5. Good Communication and interpersonal skills
