The Channel program coordinator, as the single point of contact for all channel related matters (NA/worldwide) but be familiar with each NA partner and be able to advise and give information on the program itself.
A minimum of five years working experience will be required to be able to affectively manage the responsibilities of this position. The incumbent must be very driven, creative, results oriented with a high tolerance for stress. Self motivated and self managed and meticulously process oriented.
· Integral part of channel team – must be able to work well interdepartmentally and have experience in leveraging those relationships effectively
· Main point of contact for inbound channel calls – must be familiar with channel programs and who to route to in dealing with issues. Will have relationship with NA channel partners and reach out minimal quarterly to ensure their needs are being met.
· Able to guide partners to obtain help on any issue..sales/technical/implementation (critical to ensure all partner requests issues are recorded in salesforce)
· Familiar with each type of partner and able to describe program benefits and requirements to all three types
· Manage channel contracts and track partners – ensure all documentation (NDA, PID, main contracts) including all relevant company contacts are listed and updated in sforce as well as originals are kept separately from international
· Manage entire partner onboarding process pre and post contract…including
· Send soft copy of custom partner P.O. form to partners on receipt of signed contract
· Initiate community logins for new partners and track
· Coordinate initial marketing calls and track results/next steps/activities including initiate and track completing press releases for new partners with Marketing Manager
· Set up meetings with emarketing manager/cp for new partners and ensure results/communications are tracked and entered into sforce
· Track partner deliverables back to Prophix from partners
· Ensure partners are booking trainining within allotted time frame and aligning with CP/Pro Svs (Ryan)
· Follow up to Ensure partners with issues have received satisfactory results
· Send VPC’s to partners once signed contracts are received and set up time for Presales/CP to run through methodology with partner within 2 weeks of receipt
· Ensure all new partners receive partner welcome pack (when complete)
· Ensure partners receive all necessary communications regarding products, updates, market info etc.
· Ensure general partner issues are rectified and tracked within a reasonable timeframe
· Familiar with Prophix community to be able to provide any signed partner with any documentation available on the site…or guide them there
· Responsible for registration of leads per existing channel process – 3, 6 month followup
· Ensure opportunities are appropriately tracked
· Process all inbound P.O.s to ensure matching/pricing against existing SOWs…quotes while tracking in sforce
· Ensure accounting is on track in billing partners appropriately – liaison between channel and finance
· Ensure partners are notified of receipt and when software is being sent (ensure registered)
· Administrative other:
· Work with marketing to organize annual partner conference and coordinate completion
· Working with marketing, manage distribution of regular partner communications
· Ensure all processes/modifications to process are tracking centrally
· Monthly channel revenue reports to management (+other channel reporting requirements)
· Assist Channel Director with Travel/Admin/Expense as necessary
