Job Description:

Description:
-Maintain/update the integrity of the data within the Infrastructure
Planning Portfolio tool/database, including project data, customer information, financial information and more.
-Ensure appropriate status is updated in the Portfolio from all sources and teams.
-Maintain graphical data, dashboards and status reports for I/S Leaders.
-Provide support in coordination of planning LRF, collecting all data, inputs from LOB's on a regular basis.
-Provides assistance and coordination to partner with CM's and leaders ensuring LOB information is appropriately captured into the Planning Portfolio.
-Synchronize and appropriately portfolio projects with 3 year technology plan for consistency.
-Continue refining planning process for effective strategic alignment across the Infrastructure organization.
-Provide assistance in developing, defining and maintaining Program Management across Infrastructure
-Provide support to Common Services Planner Lead and Management Team.

WHILE RESPONDING PLEASE INDICATE THE LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE WITH EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

Exceptionally strong MS Office, Excel and Project Required 5 Years
FinanciaL analytical skills Required 5 Years
Experience with project portfolio analysis and trending Required 5 Years
Customer Interface/Relationship Experience Required 5 Years
Demonstrated advanced organizational skills Required 5 Years
Infrastructure experience Highly desired
Utility experience Desired
MS Sharepoint Desired
