Job Description
As a Hunter, responsible for the new business development, establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in Unites in the Finance & Accounting vertical across the CPA & brokerage Industries selling Financial services i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Planning, Bookkeeping & Financial Transactions Services to CPA & brokerage domain.
As a farmer, responsible for existing customer account management, develop an excellent knowledge base of each clients business, organization, objectives and challenges, and nurture strong client relationships.
Overall achieve the revenue targets for the geography for attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Develop & Implement business plans and sales strategies for penetrating new accounts and manage existing high profile customers.
2. Plan and conduct campaigns to promote the various services offered by the client.
3. Engage Prospect.
-Plan resources required in conjunction with the delivery teams
-Conduct regular discussions with the client to satisfy his requirements better.
-Offer solution and proposal strategies to the client

4. Monitor and assess customer satisfaction and achieve complete customer satisfaction

Skills
- Bachelors degree in Science / Engineering and Post Graduation in Marketing
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales Management with minimum 5 years experience in selling Financial services i.e Accounts Payable, Accounts Recievable, Financial Planning, Bookkeeping & Financial Transactions Services to CPA & brokerage domain.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in United States.
- Strong in domain knowledge and very good delivery understanding or exposure.
