Job Description:

ITs a network Logo
 Requirement:

Strong skills on UNIX

Shell, Perl, Ruby scripting skills preferred.

OSI network layers and TCP/IP

Experience in working with 3-tiered architectures in J2EE hosted environments

“We would like someone specifically with Weblogic experience and more application side experience. Also, ideally some work with flash and xml.

This person needs to be solid in UNIX”

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, network, and server level problems for all systems

• Build/configure/install new environments and servers for integrated applications

• Work with technology teams to integrate other products with Thin Client products

• Maintain application servers (primarily UNIX, some Windows) on a daily basis

• Write scripts and tools to automate and enhance existing processes

• Provide input and expertise to engineering and release on process and systems management

• Assist the Network Operations Centre in operational problems and troubleshooting

• Participate in applications infrastructure and capacity planning
