Travel: Possibility of travel up to 15% to Ireland
Detailed Job Description:
Candidate will provide technical content to the development of job aids for incident management and event management process tasks on Cisco equipment for core network and Juniper BRAS equipment. Each job aid will reflect the command lines necessary for performing the tasks based on the particular IP fault scenarios, alarms within the context of specific IP services. Candidates should also be able to provide content for troubleshooting at the protocol level.
Skill Sets / Qualifications
Candidate should have:
• Background and experience in Tier One troubleshooting of Cisco equipment or Juniper BRAS equipment
• Experience in or knowledge of NOC processes
• Knowledge of IP services
• Excellent written communications skills
• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification
Position can be held in any US City as long as you can fly out to Ireland when needed.
