Jay Reynolds
Jay Reynolds received his Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Louisiana in 1980 and later his MBA in Marketing from Louisiana State University. Jay spent 16 years progressing in Sales and Marketing roles for RJR/Nabisco including positions as Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, National Accounts Manager and Business Unit Director. While at RJR/Nabisco, his most notable accomplishments were co-creating the Joe Camel Campaign and the Winston “No Bull” Racing Team.
Shannon Taylor
Prior to joining J.L. Reynolds and Associates as a Project Coordinator, Shannon Taylor received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Florida, and comes from a background in Construction and Project Management. He joined J.L. Reynolds and Associates to specialize in the placement of healthcare and finance/accounting professionals.
Satya Ebrahimi
Satya Ebrahimi is the Senior Account Executive focusing on the construction and management arenas. She has an extensive background working with Fortune 100 Companies throughout the United States. Prior to joining Wolfcreek Consulting, Satya Ebrahimi was the Owner of a Construction Services Company and she believes that the success of her company will make her a stronger Account Executive with her focus in construction. Satya Ebrahimi’s passion is sales and staffing and has a solid track record contributing to the growth of her clients.
Peter Mannarino
Peter Mannarino procured his bachelors degree in business in the United States Navy in 1986. Peter was an air traffic controller on the U.S.S. Ranger CV61 aircraft carrier. Peter brings 17 years of executive level recruiting experience to the table. His areas of specialty have been in finance, marketing & process improvement (six sigma), Management, and executive level type positions. Peter has made placements with many fortune 100 companies and holds a very impressive client reference list with major companies on a national level as well as an international level. He has traveled internationally on behalf of his clients to procure the right talent for their organizations. Peter understands his clients, and becomes one with them and their needs. His attention to detail and teamwork skills are derived from the U.S. Navy. Natasha Paul
Natasha is a specialty recruiter with 4 years of professional experience throughout the continental United States. She specializes in sourcing top-notch candidates in the Healthcare, Finance, Accounting and Construction Industries. Her area of expertise enables her to develop several key relationships with Fortune 500 clientele. Her understanding of the job market has allowed successful networking and building alliances with experienced, qualified professionals throughout her specialty industries. She believes that the key to success is maintaining open communication on both sides of the recruiting process.
Charlie McClaskie
Charles McClaskie has close to 10 years of experience in staffing and recruiting in the light industrial and construction markets. Sales
Account Manager - Power Utility Market
Company in need of highly motivated, technically talented, experienced and results-oriented sales professionals. This position will operate from a home office located near a major airport in the Midwest. Preferable cities include Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and Cleveland. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the primary task is to grow market share of products in the power utility market. Key application areas include fossil, nuclear, renewable generation, and substation automation. Will represent the company at industry associations and events like PowerGen, IEEE, Association of Energy Engineers, American Wind Energy, etc.
Position Responsibilities
Meet/exceed territory sales objective as established by the company
Utilize exceptional selling skills to differentiate the company from other industrial communications vendors.
Design, develop and implement effective sales plans across a geographic territory as defined by management. This includes coordination of prospecting and lead generation activities, webinars, and other sales tools with B&B’s marketing department.
Develop, demonstrate, and maintain a working knowledge of all products, with specialized emphasis on those utilized by power utility customers.
Identify and develop systems integrators to increase specification of products.
Drive the specification of products in OEM design and End User projects.
Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products, applications, and technology for the purpose of product sales.
Qualify and follow-up on all leads within territory
Ensure complete territory coverage by coordinating with Channel Managers.
Coordinate opportunities for other product offerings with manufacturer’s reps and inside sales personnel.
Maintain qualifications and technical education to support the sales function. Continue personal development through an effective skill building program as determined by the sales manager and/or human resources.
Fully utilize Axapta CRM as a communication, forecasting, reporting, measurement and sales opportunity tracking tool to enhance productivity.
Effectively communicate with the entire tteam, both verbally and in writing as it relates to product and/or market requirements.
Work closely with marketing to aid in the development of application notes.

The ideal candidate will have experience or background in the following:
• 3-5 years successfully selling communications equipment to the power utility industry.
• Knowledge of key customers, applications and professional contacts
• Strong technical knowledge of automation products including serial, Ethernet, and wireless communications, RTUs, PLCs, and SCADA Software.
• 4 year technical degree or five years of equivalent experience.
• Able to build trust and rapport quickly and develop influential relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Competitive drive and determination. Strong team player. Customer focused.
• Professional appearance, attitude and behavior
• Proficient with a computer and Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Essential Job Functions
• Must be able to travel via airplane and operate an automobile for up to six hours at a time.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to travel overnight 50% as dictated by territory.
• Punctuality in all aspects is required.
