Job Description:

ITs a network Logo
 Regional OM required for my direct client DELOITTE in TX. Please send me the resume.

Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 18-24 months
Start Date: 17th September 2008
Rate: Must be all inclusive

IMPORTANT
• This role will be paying a daily rate based on a 9 hour day with no overtime.
• However, the resource will be expected to work varied hours with other consultants all over the world (Including Singapore, Australia, etc).

ROLE
Regional Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong analytical, particularly financial analysis/reporting skills
• Senior executive presence
• In-depth understanding of the global IT market and trends
• Deep and broad Technology Proficiency:
• Applications development/maintenance experience (preferably SAP)
• Infrastructure Technology
• Broad Sourcing Proficiency; experienced in the various sourcing options (T&M/Fixed Price, on-site, off-site, off-shore, and package implementation)
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and “matrix” environments
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Engineering/IT required; MBA qualification desired
• Ten –fifteen years of pertinent experience, specifically with global organizations
• Contractor will be expected to work with end client CIO on a daily basis, but will be expected to act as on the behalf of Deloitte Consulting
