 Headway Corporate Resources seeking experienced Oracle Applications Developer for great direct-hire opportunity in New York, NY!

Responsibilities:
Oracle Technical / Techno Functional in HRMS applications.
Perform application support for Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Self-Service HR, Advanced Benefits, Comp Workbench).
Design and develop Oracle Reports, Forms, Interfaces and other end-user applications.
Provide full life cycle implementations and upgrades including development and unit testing of application functionality (newly deployed and upgrades) to ensure all requirements are being delivered. Additionally, provide support to international user community.

Requirements:
3 -5 years of IT experience (At least 2 years of experience with design, development, implementation and customization of the Oracle ERP HRMS Suite and at least 2 years experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms and Workflow. Knowledge on Oracle Discoverer is a PLUS!
Good understanding of UNIX and experience in developing shell scripts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
Experience with Oracle On-Demand is a PLUS!
