Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Call Center Reporting Analyst is highly visible position is located at our PA Corporate Headquarters. Duties include:
Draft and revise proposals designed to improve the department’s productivity and reduce the organization’s costs.
Manage high-level projects working closely with IT and other operational areas as necessary.
Delegate tasks and follow up with Associates to confirm the completion of assigned responsibilities.
Provide management with regular verbal and written updates regarding the status of all projects.
Review all revised policies and procedures prior to implementation.
Responsible for directing and completing special projects for the department.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in project management responsibilities.
Responsible for completing all phases of the System Development Life Cycle as it pertains to the business area (SRF, BRD, UAT, PIT).
Requirements:
B. A. or B. S. Degree from an accredited four-year college or university or commensurate experience in the Company.
General knowledge of Credit Card operations
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Visio, & MS Project
Ability to communicate effectively
Proven leadership skills (project related)
