Applied Card Systems, a leading financial servicing company, seeks a results-oriented Call Center Technology Manager. This highly visible position is located at our state of the art facility in the Glen Mills, PA Headquarters. Duties include:


Responsibilities include oversight of call center systems/technology andreporting to optimize Call Center performance. Qualified candidates will have strong call center technology experience with emphasis in dialing systems operations management. Experience with Avaya, Davox/Aspect, FDR, SQL, MS Access, SAS, DB2 and/or other platforms and prior work experience within a high volume call center environment required. Previous financial services or bankcard industry experience preferred.
