.NET Software Development Manager (Dublin)

Travel: 10 to 20% travel required
Scope: As a .NET Software Development Manager with this company you will assist public entities move rapidly toward enterprise architecture, IT standards and interoperability to help them serve citizens better. Company solutions combine pre-integrated COTS components with custom software to deliver all the advantages of both, without all the risks.
This approach helps state and local governments meet both their enterprise and domain-specific IT needs—faster and more affordably. This company’s solutions, built in collaboration with our clients, have been proven to enhance citizen experience with their agencies, reduce costs, improve business process accuracy and productivity. Requirements:
Candidates should be local to Dublin/Columbus, OH or willing to relocate to Dublin/Columbus for this opportunity. Please note at this time relocation assistance is not available.
• BSCS or related computer degree
• 7 - 10 years of IT software development experience
• 3+ years of experience in .NET software development
• 3 - 5 years of recent and relevant experience managing .NET software development projects - at least 20 people per project
• Responsible for leading the complete development efforts related to software application of varying complexity.
• Proven previous responsibility for the delivery of development of program documents (pre-baseline estimates, technical specifications, release readiness/risk assessment, and resource planning).
• Must have proven past experience representing the development team at project meetings, and running the day-to-day activities of the development program and team.
