Job Description:
Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm
The contract period is normally for 3-6 months after which the position would go permanent.
The developer will be working on a global CRM application both new feature development and some maintenance and support activities.
This CRM allows labels to create targeted campaigns for their artists to capture user data that they can use for direct marketing activities.
Requirements:
5-7 years of Java, JSP, J2EE development in Linux/Unix environment.
Client-side technologies is a big plus, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.
Strong Experience in Perl
1-2 years of Spring framework
Strong MySQL and Hibernate experience in real-life production environments
Demonstrated experience working on large scale web applications
CRM and Mobile Marketing experience plus
Knowledge of Web Services, REST and API
Team development experience is required. Excellent communication skills.
Some additional requirements:
Must be proactive and self driven
Able to propose solutions not just take direction
Skilled at multi tasking and a can do attitude is very important
