Job Description:
We are looking for a junior web developer with ASP.NET experience to join our growing, dynamic team. This is a hands-on position that requires web programming experience. The developer will design, implement, and deploy exciting enterprise applications across a network of hundreds of artist and label web sites that generate millions of unique visitors per month. We need applicants who are sharp, motivated, and willing to learn.
Maintain web portal and support the ad operations team.
Work closely with the Director of Web and Production Services and vendors to design and implement web applications, sites, and widgets.
Participate in requirements gathering discussions, and prepare specifications and proposals based on those requirements.
Write clear documentation, update the corporate wiki, and provide implementation examples for various projects.
Estimate project deadlines and provide web development expertise for miscellaneous projects.
Requirements:
Prefer: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
ASP.NET, C#, OOP concepts
Understanding of web technologies
JavaScript
Flash and ActionScript
Web Services
Database Design
DoubleClick Ad Server a plus
Willingness to assist in duties outside normal responsibilities.
