Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 experience required!
PROJECT MANAGEMENT / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SKILLS
>Solutions Development. Experience leading projects which are more product development in nature, then pure implementation. Strong understanding of product development processes; Experience developing processes, performing market analysis, implementing first-to-market technologies, and training for new product and solutions implementation. Experience managing a cross-functional team of financial, marketing, technical, sales and customer teams to build a set of solutions and bring them to market.
>Microsoft Unified Communications Project Implementation experience. Experience implementing mid-market and enterprise-level AD/Exchange and OCS implementations and migrations. Experience with Microsoft Unified Messaging and OCS implementations.
>Must be proficient in solving business problems, applying Microsoft technology and frameworks and be capable of demonstrating proficiencies in Enterprise IT infrastructure issues
>Technical knowledge must include in-depth knowledge with some of the following Microsoft products such as Exchange, OCS, Forefront, ISA, Systems Center, Active Directory, IT Security, and IT networking infrastructure
