Requirements for embedded device driver developer

-Strong linux internals
-Experience with writing device drivers
-Familiar with various device architectures including PCI, ISA, I2C, SPI
-Good knowledge of character device drivers
-Experience with various file systems especially flash file systems
-Experience with flash device drivers
-The prospective candidate is expected to work on various device drivers for iDirect platforms, improve performance of existing drivers, handle board support package development
