They are a leading Global IT solutions firm dedicated to Wide Area Network, Security, and IP Telephony solutions that improve profitability and drive performance for its clients. Travel is minimal for all positions.

Position Overview:
Expand your career as a Junior WAN Technical Consultant with a company that can provide comprehensive monitoring of global WAN activity, security, traffic and network performance, and ensure proactive support for world-class clients.
Excel your abilities as a Junior WAN Technical Consultant with a company that provides network services from planning and designing of network systems to daily operations.
Lead the drive as a Junior WAN Technical Consultant at a company with experience in building global voice and data network systems according to customer needs, plus offering project management services, as well as administration of all processes, and outsourcing of operation and administration according to client needs.
Junior WAN Technical Consultant Duties:
As the Junior WAN Technical Consultant you will involved in client-facing activities in conjunction with account management, including the presentation of new solutions, reviews and analysis of technical details on the client’s network and proactively proposing additions / updates to their solution.
--Work on the maintenance of a level of client relationship appropriate to the account with the client’s key technical contacts, supporting the main account management relationship.
--Providing technical inputs to client proposals, including text, diagrams and company’s cost base, to agreed deadline.
--Work with various other technical teams around the business to gain knowledge of solutions that have been provided for other clients, and how these could be applied to existing client bas.
--Present the technical solution to the client at a variety of levels up to CIO, both in formal bid presentations and through various other web and phone based sessions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
--Technically aware of service management & provision of managed services & WANs
--An understanding of the global data networking industry
--Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper equipment
--Knowledge of networking technologies and routing protocols, including IP, MPLS, IPSec, GRE, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, PBR.
--Good organizational skills and be able to prioritize daily workload
--Global telecoms industry experience preferred.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
--Conscientious
--Attentive to detail
--Good communicator internally and externally
--Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
--Numerate, commercial & with good written skills
--Ability to multitask duties on different clients
--Ability to manage high volumes of detailed data (pricing, suppliers, solutions, SLAs, contracts etc)
