Must be familiar with the H1B process, procedures, documentation, joining formalities, SSN formalities, Bank account opening, Insurance, time sheets maintenance, US payroll (if not aware can be trained on it).

Should be able to coordinate the H1B procedures with India operations.

Assist the CEO for any operational support.
