 Senior Java Developer/Architect

We are looking for seasoned hands on senior java developers.

The candidate will design and implement new features, rework/rebuild code for better maintainability, performance and testability. The work may involve partial or full rewrite/redesign of parts of the system in order to reach our technical and business goals.

Job requirements:

* 5 to 10+ years experience in java
* experience with real-time or high performance systems
* experience with systems that support a lot of users or process large workloads
* expert in java multi-threading
* detailed knowledge of java Collections and their performance characteristics
* experience optimizing java memory utilization, finding memory leaks, performance bottlenecks, and writing fast code
* experience using a java profiler
* expert in Swing (1 opening)
* good knowledge of TCP/IP and an basic understanding of network devices
* knowledge of network and hardware factors that limit system performance and scalability
* good design and engineering sense
