POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

3 years desktop support experience.
Knowledge in Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 server.
Knowledge in Windows 98, 2000, XP.
Hardware configuration experience.
Knowledge in troubleshooting Windows errors and Microsoft application errors.
Knowledge in Install / Repair Microsoft Operating Systems.
Shows initiative and is proactive in properly & swiftly addressing client needs for problem resolutions.
Good Communications Skills in Speaking and writing clearly and concisely.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must also be client focused and dedicated.
MAC experience is PLUS.

Full time position with a 90 day probation period.
28-36K with room for growth and advancement.
