•5+ years experience in a large enterprise environment
•Solid understanding of Windows 2000/2003 system architecture, design, security, and performance tuning
•Solid experience with and Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Servers and Active Directory
•Experience with Microsoft networking technologies – WINS, DNS, DHCP
•Strong PM skills, communication skills and technical writing and documentation skills
•MCSE certification
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Requirements are:

Microsoft Identity Integration Server, Programming Skills (VB .NET, C#, ADSI, WMI, etc), Citrix and W2000/2003 Terminal Servers, VMWare ESX 3.0+ technology, IIS 6.0, DFS, WSUS, SQL, Clustering, Windows Scripting, MOM, SMS, IBM Director, ECM or NetIQ, HP-Openview, IBM Server Hardware Technologies.
