Job Description:

ITs a network Logo
 The position is responsible for all development efforts associated with
the implementation of SAP solution as well as on-going support and
maintenance of the SAP applications on a day to day basis including
troubleshooting issues and applying fixes where applicable. The
position requires experience with SAP (4.6 or higher) and SAP's
Netweaver XI technology as well as BW experience required. Although not
critical, experience supporting basis/security, SAP portal and
implementing SAP Retail IS a plus!




Essential Functions:

* Responsible for all design specifications and diagrams for
interfaces, conversions and any customizations.
* Responsible for data conversions from legacy systems to SAP.
* Responsible for all XI interfaces from various business systems
to and from SAP.
* Responsible for completing test strategy, cases and conducting
unit, cross-functional and user-acceptance testing.
* Responsible for creating/modifying documentation as programs
and/or customizations are introduced to the business.
* Responsible for basis support and configuration as needed.
* Responsible for BW environment including maintenance and cube
and reporting enhancements.
* Once SAP is implemented, supports the application including
interfaces, configurations and any customizations.
* Works closely with ASP to ensure service levels are being met
and risk to the business is minimal.
* Monitors support issues, ensures resolution plans and reports
progress to management.
