Project Manager II - Highly Specialized
W2 Salary with benefits - $110,000 ($120,000 max)
1099 rate - $80 per hour
Program / Project Management
Manage and Lead departments Project Management initiatives related to Process Re-engineering, 3rd party tools (example: Primarily Siebel and advantageous with SharePoint, Aprimo and Web Infrastructure knowledge) implementation and / or custom build solutions such as eCommerce Portal from inception to deployment.
Execute department Program Management Enterprise Roadmap initiatives through multiple releases and lead the engagement until the initiative maturation
Manage and Lead the project team (not necessarily direct reports) and focus on quality to ensure the delivery of Our Promise to Our Clients to help them become high performing businesses by promoting superior execution and delivery
Business Process Re-engineering & Solution Development
Execute & Implement Industry specific best practices to enhance customer support
Build methodology, processes and procedures in conjunction with corporate principles and department standards for executing the projects
Must have strong application FUNCTIONAL & PROCESS design experience with different layers of Siebel (UI, Business Component, Data Model) and exposure to the Siebel 7.x data model along with RDBMS concepts.
o MUST be Siebel 7.x Certified
o Liaison/SME between customer and technical team
o BIG 5 Consulting experience is advantageous
o Required Technical Skills: Siebel eBusiness 7.x, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, & Project
o Preferred Technical Skills: Oracle BI (a.k.a. Siebel Analytics 7.x), Oracle Financials, & SharePoint
Business Operations
Build and monitor Operation enhancement metrics and report on process performance to Leadership
Execute, Participate, Contribute and support Leadership in contract negotiations, renewals and add-on tool functionality evaluations of Vendor products
Business acumen Business IT Liaison
Collaborate, build Partnership and Be a liaison between business and IT
Lead the initiatives with continues improvement and ownership
Manage and establish budget management principles and guidelines
Next Generation Infrastructure
Identify the opportunities for extending the department capabilities to support business and customers depending on changing market conditions
Champion the enterprise, division and department vision and support the Leadership in materializing the thought process and business vision
Provide Strategy & Thought leadership for future business planning and support Leadership to formulate strategic direction on next generation tools and business framework.
People Management
As a manager of people, Senior Business Analyst will lead the activities of the Marketing Services Group such that it is effectively and efficiently producing customer-focused, innovative, results-oriented learning opportunities that are unmatched in their accuracy, clarity, timeliness, and instructional effectiveness.
A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related field.
Familiarity with at least two of the following business verticals: Marketing, Sales, Service, Support, & Finance
A minimum of five to seven years of experience with at least five years of leadership of enterprise or divisional Knowledge Management projects designed to foster innovation, improve customer service, streamline response time, increase time-to-market and enhance operational efficiency.
Customer service and support in a client-services setting including the ability to communicate effectively to high-level clients, internal staff and management using exceptional verbal, writing and presentation skills.
Vendor relationship management in an enterprise setting including negotiating skills, requirements drafting, understanding of contractual provisions.
Project management including demonstrated knowledge of the methodology, techniques and skills required to effectively manage, schedule, budget, communicate, delegate and lead enterprise or divisional projects. Documentation of requirements for enterprise technology projects using a standards-based methodology such as RUP, UML, etc.
People management including delegation and prioritization of work, provision of employee support and guidance in further skill development, workload and business unit management.
General Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a Software Development Life Cycle framework
Facilitate sessions with the business community to define and plan projects
Lead cross-functional teams through business process and application initiatives from requirements definition to prototyping, testing, training, and deployment
Mentor business representatives through the software development activities
Review technical designs to confirm that business requirements are met
Communicate project status and escalate issues to management
Develop and execute system test plans and test scripts
Develop training documentation and release notes
Conduct training classes as needed
Facilitate end user communications
Lead application support and operations
Execute on other directives as needed
