 Our client, an extremely profitable and successful company in St. Louis, is on the hunt for a great Unix Systems Admin for a direct hire opportunity.

If you are tired of being just a number at your company or are tired of the politics of a real big company, consider applying for this but highly respected position. In addition to a market competitive base salary, this company also offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary bonus, a 401k matching program and a very attractive profit sharing plan. You will have the opportunity to work with a very talented group of individuals on a multitude of new projects spanning most areas of Unix Systems Administration. Although variety in the work you will do is an attraction of this job, some specific areas of responsibility include SAN and working with data comm products.

Requirements
Extensive background as an HP-UX system administrator with hands on experience with system architecture, server builds, configuration, backups, patches and new disk technology.
Linux experience or desire to learn Linux is also preferred but not required.
Experience with data comm products such as MQ Series or Connect Direct would be a big plus.
SAN experience, knowledge of MC/Service Guard, Omnivac, and HP Performance tools are also strong pluses.

Client insists all candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship - sorry, no H1-B's at this time.
