 Acquisition Logistician

Ft Belvoir, VA

$35/hr +

Acquisition Logistician to support the Joint Effects Targeting System (JETS) program, reporting directly to the JETs Product Director.

Responsibilities:

Ø Work closely with JETs Project Lead and other contract personnel in a Joint Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment to ensure logistics concerns are identified and managed as product realization evolves.

Ø Provide backup support to existing production programs LLDR, Mark VII and VIPER to see logistics needs are met.

Ideal candidate will possess the following skillsets:

Defense acquisition/logistics knowledge/experience (DAU Level II Acquisition certification required prefer Level III)
PMP certification may be used as a substitute for Acqusition Certification
Experience/knowledge of Army supply support system and Army Configuration Management and Tech pubs
Experience/knowledge of Laser Targeting systems, technologies, components and systems
Military experience a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Competence in MS Office tools
Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time and must have clean record for secret clearance background check.
