ROLE: Tester/Trainer
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in testing /training development and delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review project documentation, computer application, and all related materials to quickly learn the testing and training requirements, project work plan, project tools, and processes
Assist in the development of test scenarios
Assist in the functional and technical validation of the application
Assist in the development and delivery of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Assist in the development of training materials
Deliver classroom style training as scheduled
Assist in the tracking and assessment of end user training to identify and resolve training and end user issues
Evaluate the effectiveness of UAT and training sessions
TESTING CRITERIA:
Need to understand the business process and computer application
Strong analysis skills
Good writing skills are mandatory for writing test cases and scripts
Good communication skills
Team player

Looking for a long term, mature candidate who can quickly learn the business process in order to conduct testing and training activities.
TOOLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Preference will be given to candidates with general understanding of health and human service programs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED. PROJECT WILL SUPPLY LAPTOPS IF NECESSARY. PROJECT WILL REIMBURSE MILEAGE EXPENSES FOR TRAVEL THROUGHOUT ALLEGHENY COUNTY. ASSIGNMENT MAY BE EXTENDED 3 YEARS.
