IT Engineering Systems Analyst
Salary: $70K - $110K DOE

Job Description:
One of the largest global suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products has an opening for an IT ENGINEERING SYSTEMS ANALYST at the Connecticut facility. This company designs and manufactures aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and is a major supplier for international space programs. Their industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.
The selected candidate will be responsible for EIS and other Oracle intense Engineering applications with the following responsibilities:
Ø Develop knowledge of Engineering business rules and product configuration management, which cover the whole product life.
Ø Assist the Engineering Community with process re-engineering and implementation within the enterprise TeamCenter Engineering PDM system.
Ø Design and develop new applications that support the engineering community.
Ø Customize and maintain off-the-shelf applications in support of engineering strategic initiatives, with a key focus on the technical aspects EIS and Teamcenter engineering.
Ø Work with HS Engineering to develop requirements.
Ø Implement using both internal HS IT labor and outside software vendors and contractors.
Candidate Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer related field.
Ø Strong communication skills, strong Team Skills, and the good multitasking ability.
Ø 3-5 years in an engineering role.
Ø Project Management and process re-engineering experience desired.
Ø Background in engineering applications such as, Oracle, TeamCenter Engineering or PDM Systems is preferred.
Ø General experience with application development and databases including: .Net, Visual Basic, C, C#, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, and web development tools. Knowledge of hardware platforms including: UNIX, LINUX and Windows.
