The candidate will be responsible for level 2 desktop support for 1- 200 end-users in Windows (up to XP) and/or MAC (up to OS 10) environments. Must be highly experienced with PC AND MAC OS.

This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software, including (a minimum experience is required of)
MS Office 2003, MS Outlook 2003, desktop publishing software, and laptops, desktops, printers, Treos and Blackberries.
