POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with fellow ADP colleagues in a help desk environment to answer client questions with regard to ADP Payroll and HR products; investigate, research, analyze and resolve simple to highly complex issues.
- Educate our clients with regard to ADP Payroll and HR products to ensure full use and understanding of our products’ capabilities and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective ADP/client relationships to ensure our clients have a meaningful and positive experience when speaking with an ADP Client Account Representative
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma required, or equivalent education and experience. Some college courses preferred.
- Experience in a client service processing capacity.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, project management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team environment.
- Experience with PC applications/workstation, Lotus, Windows and Word Processing preferred.
