CM IT Solutions of Manhattan is currently seeking a knowledgeable Tech Support Consultant to help us support and develop client/partners in the New York City area.
Responsibilities will include:
* install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot client/partner computers and systems
* design, install, support and maintain client/partner networks
* assess client/partner systems and networks for security and reliability
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Experience
* A self-starter with proven networking capabilities
* 2+ years installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computers and systems
* 3+ years designing, supporting and maintaining client/partner networks
* Strong knowledge of PCs and/or MACs
* Strong knowledge of wired and wireless LANs
* Experience using Microsoft Office

CM IT Solutions requires that all consultants pass the necessary CM IT Solutions certifications.
The consultant is required to read and understand all company marketing and promotional materials as they relate to the sales of the company's services and products.
This is a part time position.
