The Person should be selling non-voice back-office BPO services (and strictly no Voice processing) related to Finance & Accounting like Securities processing, Equity processing, Financial planning, Financial Transactions to Brokerage Clients and Accounts payable processing, Accounts Receivable Processing to CPA clients and not directly to corporate.
He should have a strong understanding of onsite-Offshore Model.
